My lifelong devotion to the study of human behavior and connection has taken me from being an actor and singer, undergoing plenty of self-improvement classes, to becoming an Existential Kink Certified Shadow Integration Coach and Accomplishment Coaching Certified Life Coach.

 

I use EK, Inquiry, EFT Tapping, Somatic and Parts work, plus my background in acting, singing and movement to guide clients in exploring their relationship to themselves, with a commitment to bringing more love to every facet, especially those parts that are inconvenient, annoying, or just plain unacceptable!
